Have you forgotten your password you need to login into your Alamo Chamber directory listing? You can visit the Forgot Password page for a simple process to receive a new temporary password through e-mail. You must be able to login into the e-mail that has been supplied as the business e-mail for your directory listing as the temporary password will be sent to this account.

Once you've filled out your business e-mail you'll receive an e-mail that contains a randomly generated password and as well as a URL that you must follow in order to continue with the process. By clicking on the link included in your e-mail you'll be asked for your temporarily generated password and then be asked to set a new password for your account. Remember to write your password down so you can remember it, but we have made the forgot password process as easy as we could so it wouldn't be much of a hassle.

» Edit Directory Member Listing

The Alamo Chamber has recently allowed members to edit their own individual listings. We've sent out e-mails to all members of the Alamo Chamber with the steps to activate your individual account. If you haven't received an e-mail with activation instructions please see the Forgot Password section and follow those instructions to get your account setup or let us know through contacting support that you haven't received an activation e-mail by visiting the Contact Support section.

If you have received an activation e-mail and have successfully gone through the process than you may login through the Alamo Chamber portal at http://www.alamochamberofcommerce.com/directory. You'll need the password that you've set for yourself as well as the business e-mail that has been setup through the Alamo Chamber prior. Once you've logged in successfully you'll see your entire business profile where you'll be able to edit your listing either on the top left menu or below the profile.
» Not Receiving E-Mails?
Have you not received e-mails that we've notified you otherwise that we've sent or just haven't received e-mails from Alamo Chamber of Commerce in some time and wonder if they are being sent out and you're just not receiving them? There are a few reasons why this could be happening.

  • You might want to check or search your spam/filter box, our e-mails have been known to commonly end up in there.
  • Check your filter list, e-mail providers might have settings that automatically filter e-mails and the senders that they believe could be spam.
  • Check the public directory listing at http://www.alamochamberofcommerce.com and verify that the business e-mail that displays there is the same business e-mail that you want the e-mails to be delivered too. The e-mail you've provided for us might be outdated.


If you've gone through the list and don't seem to be receiving e-mails then follow further instructions to Contact Support.
